racially offensive statements, advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal
activities with the intent to commit them, post or distribute any material that
encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to a
civil liability, or infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any
law, post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language
or images, advertise or sell to, or solicit others, or post or distribute any
software or other materials that may contain a virus or other harmful
component. We recommend that you avoid posting personal information on forum
discussions/ boards, especially if you are under the age of eighteen.

9. TERMINATION
These Terms of Use constitute an Agreement which is effective unless and until terminated by either you or the Pulse Greek Network, LLC. You may terminate this agreement at any time by sending an e-mail to info@pulsegreeknetwork.com. The Pulse Greek Network, LLC may also terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this Site, if in the Pulse Greek Network, LLC’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision in this Agreement. Upon any termination of this agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as copies of such materials. These Terms of Use constitute the entire Agreement between you and the Pulse Greek Network, LLC relating to the subject matter addressed herein.
10. SEVERABILITY
You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any term or
provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, that term or provision will be
construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the
original intentions of the parties, and the remaining terms of the Agreement
will remain in full force and effect.
Additionally, should either party terminate this Agreement, sections 1, 2, 4,
5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of this Agreement shall remain in full force and survive
the termination of this agreement.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in New York, NY.
